Nutrition Counseling With a Registered Dietitian
I offer one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions for adolescents and adults seeking compassionate, evidence-based support. Services include nutrition assessments, ongoing counseling sessions, laboratory testing, meal and snack planning, nutrition education, and collaborative care with your treatment team when appropriate. I also provide supplement review sessions. See below for more information.

Follow-Up Sessions:
Follow-up visits provide ongoing support, education, and adjustments to your care plan as your needs evolve.
Sessions may focus on:
Meal and snack support
Symptom management
Lab work or GI testing
Behavior and mindset work
Nutrition education
Navigating real-life challenges
Building a healthier relationship with food
Nutrition therapy is a collaborative process, and appointments are a space to work through challenges!
Supplement Review Sessions:
Not looking for nutrition therapy but not sure which supplements you actually need?
This appointment is designed to help you make sense of your current supplement routine and determine what may be appropriate for you.
During your supplement review, we’ll:
Review your current supplements, including brands and dosages
Consider your health history, symptoms, medications, and available labs
Identify potential overlaps, unnecessary products, or areas that may need additional support
Discuss supplement options based on your individual nutrition and wellness needs
Obtain new labs, when appropriate, to help monitor the need for or changes in supplementation
You do not need to be a nutrition therapy client to schedule a supplement review. This can be a one-time appointment focused specifically on your supplement questions and needs. Follow up appointments are available to monitor results, efficacy, symptoms, and labs.
Before your appointment:
Bring or upload a list of your current supplements, including brands and dosages
Intake forms are optional but beneficial and can help provide more individualized recommendations
Insurance accepted.
