We do not accept State Funded Plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Medisource, Child Health Plus, or Essential Plans.

Once your appointment is scheduled, we’ll verify your insurance benefits for you. After your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to activate your patient portal, where you can access your benefit details.

Self-pay is available for those whose insurance does not cover nutrition therapy. You can schedule an appointment online and indicate that you are interested in self-pay when booking. You may also contact our office for details about self-pay.
